In the last analysis, then, it is upon three questions that the Trump presidency will be judged:
Did he secure America’s borders? Did he restore the industrial might of America? Did he take us out of and keep us out of any more neocon wars?
In the end these are the metrics that will be used by those who voted for him.
It is a simple test: Did he do what he promised?
It is also a fair test.
Here's the full piece.
No, No, and No!!!
ReplyDeleteOregon governor tells Trump she'll REFUSE to send National Guard troops to the Mexican border if he calls them up – and she's allowed to say no
-Presidents can call up National Guard units using two different legal authorities, both enacted by Congress in 1956.
-Trump used the weaker of the two on Wednesday, putting the burden on governors to order Guard to duty 'for operational Homeland Defense activities'.
-That means Oregon's governor and others can ignore the president's order entirely – or refuse it publicly.
Of course he went with the
impotent option.
Trump is a swamp swilling fraud,
and his shithole is full of jingoistic
bullshit and (window dressing) propaganda.
