The media is driving the Bannon head hunt.
He may, in fact, be in trouble - we ideologues are always in trouble - but the press is fanning the fires and dumping fuel in efforts to swing the decision.
When you hold true principles, and stick with those principles, you will always have enemies gunning for you.
