A Patriot reminded me we had discussed whether or not LEO had any directed-energy/EMP widgets, or if they were merely in the realm of .Mil. This conversation was in the realm of TOC defenses.
We learned in Texas that such technology is sufficiently mainstream that it has trickled-down to LEO shops.
