When you seek training, I would suggest you find a trainer who trains for a living - not part-time on the occasional weekend or online in a chat room. If you are serious about prevailing against Evil and keeping your women safe and un-raped, then you'd better be serious when you spend your hard-earned dollars and limited time with a trainer.
