I've shot both, but own an Argentine Hi Power (manufactured under Browning license).
ReplyDeleteI prefer the CZ 75, primarily because I prefer the double action. There is also something about it that feels better in the hand than the Hi Power, but I can't describe it.
Now, I'm not pistolero, and don't even play one on TV, but I've been known to go out plinking once in a while.
I had the cz75bd. Nice piece. I gave it to a nice government man when I found out it was dangerous and evil.
ReplyDeleteDo a search at my place and you can read my crappy review.
Thanks, guys. Zoomie, I'm headed to your place now to find your review.
ReplyDeleteI owned Hi Powers in my misspent youth, and loved it. Everyone I have spoken with regarding the CZ says the ergonomics are outstanding. It appears to be one of the few modern pistols still offered in single action. (I have no affection at all for double action pistols.)
