Citadel: Serious Question
Patriots who have decided to move to Idaho, and those who want to visit and spend a week, or few weeks, or even longer to get the lay of the land before taking your final decision, will you be ready for a cabin lease if we begin to offer them in Spring 2014? You can come alone or bring family. You can explore what the Northern Panhandle has to offer. You can decide if Citadel Life may be right for you. If you are there in Hunting or Fishing Season, or just wants to enjoy the massive Lake Coeur d'Alene, our goal is to provide you with a taste of what life will be like in the Citadel.
If we choose to offer cabin leases, please answer the poll at the top of the page on the right.
Also please feel free to write Comments on this post, or email me directly (Kerodin@Kerodin.com) if you would prefer to remain anonymous. I have not even run this by the Steering Committee yet, and they will have tremendous influence regarding whether this is a Go or No-Go.
The primary differences from actual Citadel life are: Cabins instead of concrete homes, and the acreage that will come with the full Citadel.
Leasing a cabin will not impact you move to the full Citadel when it is ready.
Jim Miller may be able to move III Operations to the Stronghold by then - and maybe he won't - depends on one factor: How many people order III Arms firearms. Holly and I will run our Studio in St, Maries (literally at the base of the mountain) and we intend to be living on the mountain by spring. Of course CQB training is free to ant lease, I know several additional families intend to arrive in-county over the spring and summer,
Cabin leases will not result in a return to Cro-Magnon lifestyle, There will be power septic, internet, carpet, heat, kitchen, et cetera, Pets will be welcome, of course, Cabin size can be variable based on your needs - do you need extra room for kids as an example.
Whether you want a year-long lease, or just a week during hunting season, or a season to test the waters, we can accommodate your needs. There is no better way to explore St, Maries, Benewah County, and the greater area that by being on the ground.
I warn you though - you may never wish to leave.
Please take a moment to answer the poll - it impacts the Parcel Pan that we need to submit to the proper officials. --->

I think the cabins are a great idea. I plan on being up in the area off and on while getting ready for a permanent move up there. I would use a cabin, without a doubt.

any idea what the cost would be?
ReplyDeleteNot a clue. Right now I'm trying to gauge how much interest there may be, if people who are coming into town to consider the area would prefer to stay in a motel instead in-town, etc.
DeleteBut I can say it'll be less than a motel.
They build them pretty close to you...Should be able to work out a deal with them if you order a bunch....
