Note the date.  Consider why this has not happened, and consider what would happen if it began.

And consider this simple question: A man or woman who violates the oath they took voluntarily, or any person who violates the Rightful Liberty of another - what use are they, really?  If they choose to violate the rules of our society, just how much must we tolerate, and why would we constrain ourselves to the civilized restrictions of the Constitution, when Bad People use those same restrictions to avoid punishment?  Remember, 2A IS a legitimate and Constitutional response to runaway Evil.

I, for one, know Evil when I see it.  I do not need permission, from anyone, to kill Evil.
