DeleteNobody is forcing participation here. Those that are are adults making their own decisions and pursuing life, liberty, and happiness.
Why is it necessary to trash the free choices and dreams of good and decent people? Nobody is requiring approval, money, labor, or anything from anybody not involved in the project. I might could understand a statement of opinion pro or con then move on, but the incessant attacks in so many venues doesn't make any sense at all.
They might do well to remember the story of Noah. He was lambasted too. But the time came when his antagonists were beating on the door to get in as the water rose.
It just makes no sense to me.
I can't figure it out either, Alan. I'm huge on transparency, so I don't think there's anything wrong with posting info or links or data.

ReplyDeleteI don't know any of you involved in this dispute about your past. I have been reading all of you for over 8 months. There are things to admire about all of you. All I can say is that your very hardcore reaction to defending your 'good name' has made me decide against bothering to pursue the few questions I had about Citadel, even after reading everything you have online. Your disclaimer on the bottom just doesn't ring true, this IS about Kerodin. Sorry for both our loss and good luck to the people of Citadel, whoever they are.

It SHOULD be about Kerodin...for Kerodin. For VJ it should be about VJ. And so on. For any person X, it SHOULD be about X.
This DOES NOT mean "at the expense of Y, or Z. Quite the contrary, it means "at the BENEFIT of Y, or Z." The is the essence of political freedom, and it's why liberty is tied inexorably to individualism, and capitalism to boot.
That's it. That's all there is to the Citadel, IN PRINCIPLE. It doesn't matter who they are; it doesn't matter what they want to do or how they want to do it. Even more, EXCEPT TO THEM it doesn't even matter if they succeed. Any person of goodwill would want any other person to succeed, if only as a matter of common courtesy. Wishing other people to fail does nobody, let alone our society, any good.
Not at all. Failure is the opposite of good, duh. A person should try to do as little of it as possible. But a person only controls himself or herself, so to the degree he or she thinks it's bad to succeed and win for oneself, failure is inevitable.
Looters and moochers, plus sadists and other assorted wackos, want tons of failure in the world. This is why they destroy. People who want the opportunity to succeed, understand that others must have that opportunity as well.
What else is there, politically? If not this, then what is "Constitutionalism" all about?
There are too many labels. "There are only individuals out there." The battle has ALWAYS been individualism versus collectivism.
We're gathering more intel on "Tino" and it is interesting. We'll reveal as soon as we have all our ducks in a row.

But we've found a small group (literally not more than 5 people) who dedicate all day, every single day, to either me personally or the project in an effort to sabotage. Some are simply psychotic losers in life - some do it for a paycheck - it seems we've actually graduated to earning paid trolls from the Left!
