Wyoming: Town for sale


Now, this is an outstanding example of the concept. Mike C. found the column and sent it to me.

Buford Wyoming, population 1, is 10 acres, has a convenience store with gas station and other infrastructure, all up for auction beginning at $100,000.

Buford is located about halfway between Cheyenne and Laramie.

If one guy can do it, certainly a modern wagontrain of motivated III can do it.

    It'd be perfect (for me) if it were on the western side of Kodiak. But that is a bit too 'pioneer' for most folks.
