As most of you know, today was Day One of SCOTUS arguments regarding the "Constitutionality" of FedGov to mandate purchases by Citizens from the market.
DC is abuzz because in legal-speak, apparently a few hurdles were brushed aside today and tomorrow the Court will begin actually getting to the merits of the case.
Where do you stand? I do not care if you think it is Constitutional or not - my question relates to timeline, course, speed and the size of the crater.
Are you in the camp that SCOTUS should call it "Constitutional" so that our impact debris field is deeper, the same premise as simply voting for President Obama in November, so we can clear away the facade and get to the red meat of whatever comes next?
I call that the Let it burn to the ground Battle Plan.
Or, do you hope SCOTUS derails ObamaCare...

The old man that I am would love to live in relative quiet and comfort until I die, but I agree that the nastier that little homo Barry gets, the better chance there is that those of us who still value liberty will be alive to fight, to pass on some skills to younger patriots, and to pass on our love of liberty to those who just need some truth written where they can read it.
ReplyDeleteAs TL has said, Obamacare is a watershed, a line in the sand, and if SCOTUS is foolish enough to rule it Constitutional, the dance will definitely start sooner. If it does, I don't expect to die of old age.
I don't think the Enemies of Liberty have any desire to simply wait until Patriots like us just die off.

Worry about the locals, not the Fed. the Fed will do as they want, the locals will folow or ignor the Fed.

DeleteIf the Feds were in line with the BoI, DoR & Constitution, then the locals would be kept in line.
Govt is just like kids. Give em an inch and they try to take a mile. And only mind when you tell em to.
So, all we have is a spoiled child who has had no discipline. Ain't nothing a good ass whoopin can't fix.
Whether it's a belt or a bullet is up to them.
