Lose your illusions, Patriots. The vast majority of the people in the .mil who will point their weapons at you have no idea what the Constitution says or means - they will follow orders, assuming that their actions are protecting the Constitution, for that is what they'll be told.
Especially in the early stages of a Ruckus, .mil will execute their orders.

Add in all of the gang members who have joined the military, along with young people in the military who have been denied a good grounding on Constitutional issues by the socialists running the public schools these days, and you have a recipe for disaster. Group dynamics along with these other factors will assure that many - perhaps even most - will indeed participate.
ReplyDeleteAs a law enforcement agency, the California Highway Patrol use to have a reputation for good training and professional behavior, but they certainly did not display either when they went door-to-door in New Orleans, helping to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens.
Frankly, I will be surprised if even 25% hold fast to their oaths.
I was a fighter pilot when WACO happened, and I asked some of my fellow flyers if they would bomb the compound if told to. They answered, "Of course." When I asked about Posse Comitatus, they had no clue what I was talking about. Orders are orders and bombing is fun....
