There is more to it, but the fact is, an innocent person, uncharged and free, was arrested and taken away by force, and held against his will.
As far as I know, no warrants were ever presented for either the armed invasion into a home with more than eight children present, or the arrest that "wasn't an arrest".
These bastards don't play fair or by "the rules" (proving that there are none), and it happened in my old AO.
One day blowback is going to singe more than a few eyebrows.
