Buck Nighthawk


The Buck Nighthawk is a knife that will be included in our Go Bag project.  We have found it to be another outstanding blade. 

Kent has some nice things to say about Buck as well, here.

    I have always kind of brushed aside buck knives as being a "cheap" knife.

    But after reading Kent's write up & looking at their site.

    I think I will extend them some $$$ on new knives. If for nothing else than the outstanding customer service.

    That's very hard to find now days.

    I never gave them much attention either, but the Nighthawk is well designed and balanced, and suitable for use as a primary blade.

    It isn't as heavy as a Ka-Bar, but is swings easily in the hands.

    If I could only have one knife, I'd still go Cold Steel, but I'd feel comfortable in the same fight with this Buck.

    i agree, i love this knife but im a cold steel person. my personal favorite would be the recon tanto or the leatherneck tanto point
