My wife & I spent our morning at the Federal Courthouse, filing the lawsuit mentioned over at Kerodin.com a while ago. We have filed a civil suit under the Lanham Act and the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act against two very powerful companies and one individual. The ultimate parent company is a monster player in the online world.
The specifics of the case are not material to the purpose of this blog, though the larger issue of modern jurisprudence will be examined here from time to time as the case progresses. As you know, the big corporations have dramatic resources and they never hesitate to unleash full broadsides when they feel threatened.
We'll see how it goes, and keep you in the loop.
