Treason: Overthrowing the Constitutional Republic qualifies as levying war...

What kind of country would this be if this chamber had voted down Social Security or Medicare just because it violated some rigid idea about what government could or could not do? (Applause.) How many Americans would have suffered as a result? ~ President Obama during the American Jobs Act Speech at the Joint Session of Congress.

Thanks to Concerned American for catching the phrase and posting it.

Consider: What kind of country would this be if Congress adhered to the Constitution.  For that is what the President admitted - that the Political Class does not follow the Constitution.

You and I have known that for a long time - but has a President ever admitted it before?

America will collapse under the weight created by evil men and women who chose to ignore the Constitution.  There will be violence and many sadnesses during the conflict for power that will ensue.  This will happen in the near future.

Trainer has called for Restoration of the Constitution as ratified.

In that world, a world when Americans once again respect the Constitution and the principles embodied within our Founding documents, we will lead the world by every important measure once again.

In my AO as the fight across the land rages, one can expect Article III Section III trials and sentences to be conducted in great numbers.  There are no facilities in my AO for prisoners, for convicted Enemies of Liberty & the republic.

  1. Restoring the Constitution per Trainer is fine but only if there is punishment for violating it. Either the hangman's noose or standing at the barrel end of a firing squad.

Until one is punished for violating our Constitution there is no Constitution.

  2. How many americans would have suffered as a result?
Not enough,i think, but it would be a good start!
    I kid you not.
Just like the businesses and banksters that would have suffered without the "bailouts".
This cancer that is us, in every form now, needs to be removed. Even if i'm to be among those numbers. So be it.
    I hope everyone is ready...

  3. Yes, I am solidly behind a restoration of the Constitution as ratified and those limitations codified in the BOR.

I am also for punishment of convicted criminals under the provisions afforded them by that same BOR to ensure the accused has a fair and objective trial.

If we are to punish someone for Art III, Sec III offenes, those punishments are determined by a jury of the accused's peers, not a judge.

If something is worth doing, it is worth doing properly. Otherwise, we taint that we wish to restore.

Pragmatically, I do not hope for 'respect' for the Constitution; that will come with future generations who are taught by parents what it cost to have it restored. I only desire compliance with the Constitution, on threat of swift removal of office, prosecution, and appropriate punishment (not rehabilitation as we know it as it relates to incarceration today) for those who are given the public trust and violate it. As an aside, once punishment is received, all rights are restored to the convicted person; the 'debt to society' is paid in full, save for one crime: Treason.

I am very much a stickler on the use of words....this piece at Zero Gov can help explain why, though I don't agree that all government is bad. http://zerogov.com/?p=2278

I tend to follow the advice of President Washington when he said: "Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."

Following that advice, we keep it on leash and under control.

  4. Re The Trainer.....

Sir you comment that if one is punished they are punished by a jury of the accused's peers, not a judge. How wrong you are.

I filed a 1st Amendment civil rights lawsuit against a PA county for removing me from a public meeting. Well the jury for the accused government politician found him guilty of violating the highest law in the land. Well the county .gov appealed the jury's verdict. The activist federal judge, Sean McLaughlin threw out the jury verdict! McLaughlin violated the 7thjury Amendment and the county .gov was able to continue silencing citizen critics. After 4 years and 10s of thousands of dollars fighting .gov I discovered there's no justice in an American courtroom for citizens opposing their scoundrel government.

    Sir, you are extremely naive.

  5. Once the Constitution has been Restored, it may be followed in every detail.

Until then we are like General Washington - criminals and rebels who will be killed by the Establishment. Under those conditions, the Enemies of Liberty are Enemy Combatants, and will receive the best Justice we are able to offer until full Restoration is recognized.

  6. The sad part is the government is so big and so powerful we can do little to nothing to stop it. We must try though. Most Americans know the system is corrupt and that millions are leeching off of your hard earned dollars. The government turns a blind eye to gain more voters. It is time the enemies of the state pay the price. From time to time the republic must be protected with patriot blood!
